The Resort at Cypress Hills is open Monday through Sunday year round.
Services include: Front Desk Agents available Monday to Sunday 7:00am to 11:00pm for bookings and inquiries. Groups and Events services, Housekeeping: with limited services due to Covid19 and Maintenance services. Our unique selection of accommodation options serve a wide variety of guest needs and preferences, including barrier free units. We are happy to provide room blocks for group bookings with The Resort to ensure the necessary accommodations for your events. All of our accommodations are non-smoking.
*Hotel Room Make-Up Services: We are happy to inform you that we will be offering Hotel Room make-up services once again. Should you require hotel room make-up services, please hang your 'Service Please' sign on your room door visible to the Room Attendants. Under management direction, Room Attendants will not enter an occupied hotel room unless the service sign has been placed.
Make-Up Services will include:
- garbage and recycling removed
- amenities restocked
- used towels changed, please place in bath tub
- beds made up. Note, if personal items are left on the bed, room attendants have been directed not to remove items, therefore the bed will remain un-made.
*Wifi: Please note that our outside units do not have wifi. Wifi is accessible in the Hotel. Guests are welcome to visit the main building to access the wifi for personal or business reasons.
