At Ivan’s Restaurant our staff takes great pride in creating a memorable dining experience. The Resort at Cypress Hills' chefs take great care in using the highest quality ingredients, creating many in-house recipes to achieve the quality and consistency our guests have come to expect. Ivan's Weekly Dinner Features:

Monday - Scallop and Shrimp a'la nage: Scallop and shrimp simmered in a court bouillon and white wine until tender, topped with julienned vegetables and served with jasmine rice   $28

Tuesday - Smoked Ribs: Our signature, in-house, full rack of ribs are marinated, rubbed, braised and smoked to perfection. Served with roasted potatoes and seasonal vegetables   $30

Wednesday - Weiner Schnitzel: The classic, breaded veal cutlets are back! A generous portion of tenderized, seasoned and breaded veal smothered in beef gravy. Served with garlic mashed potatoes and seasonal vegetables   $20

Thursday - Butter Chicken: An authentic Indian dish created by the talents in Ivan's Kitchen! Marinated and seasoned chicken simmered in a medium spiced, creamed tomato curry sauce. Served over a bed of turmeric rice and seasoned vegetables   $19

Friday - Sunday "AAA" Slow Roasted Prime Rib: The Prime Rib Dinner is back at Ivan's for the summer! This dish will be served every Friday, Saturday and Sunday from the May Long Weekend to the Thanksgiving Weekend. At Ivan's, we are known for our AAA Prime Rib of beef, slow roasted to perfection, served with herb roasted potatoes, seasonal vegetables, savory beef au jus and Yorkshire pudding     7oz $24     10oz $29

Cypress Cheesecake: Our famous no-bake cheesecake on a crumbled cookie base, topped with your choice of chocolate fudge or strawberry coulis   $9

Apple or Saskatoon Berry Pie: Enjoy a slice of warm, home-made, deep dish pie topped with a generous scoop of vanilla ice cream   $9

Ginger Caramel Cake: Diced apples mingled with ginger spice cake, topped with sweet, in-house caramel sauce. Served warm with a generous scoop of vanilla ice cream   $9

Chocolate Moelleux: A delicious, soft centered double chocolate cake, baked in a ramekin, topped with vanilla ice cream and drizzled with vanilla sabayon ~ a classic Italian sweet sauce   $9

Raspberry Gratin with Chardonnay: Bursting with flavors, this dessert is a combination of raspberry, chardonnay and cream. A simple egg custard lightened with whipped cream, spooned over berries and placed briefly under the broiler for a carmelized finish   $9

Purple Yam Cheesecake: A graham wafer crumb base topped with silken smooth, light cheesecake blended with purple yam and topped with purple yam coulis. Definitely a must try baked cheesecake!   $9
